Are you ever open? I’ve been to the market several time over the past month wanting to purchase soap but your store is never open, even though your posted hours are 10am-4pm daily. This is very frustrating. I have no problem if you choose not to be open but please update your advertised hours accordingly.

My shipping address is in downtown Seattle (International District). Nobody is answering the phone and it goes directly to fax so cannot leave a message.

I spoke to someone on Saturday August 3rd around 12 noon your time. I( I live on illinois)
I called in an order ( was unable to order correctly thru your website)
I gave an associate , answered your phone , my name , item I want to purchase and my credit card # . She said she would text me a receipt. I have not received one. She did not ask for an email. I would like to be sure my order went through. I will call on Monday to follow-up.

Stopped by the store 12/27—closed. How do you stay in business? The phone number doesn’t work and the last time I ordered by mail it took 2 months. I work full time and it’s not easy for me to get to the Market. Guess I’ll have to shop elsewhere for the fragrance I’ve grown accustomed to using.

I placed an order and after a month, I finally just went into the store and bought what I had ordered. I spoke with the owner about it. A month later my order arrived. I don’t need It! I love the Soap Box but this is truly flakey. Hopefully, she will credit for the order that arrived very late, 2 months late.

I just bought a tiny bottle of China musk oil. I am a business owner and $15.95 for shipping is very steep. It is only 3 oz.

I want to order three bottles of the 16-oz AD&E Lotion but I don’t want any fragrances added. The site won’t let me place the order without adding a fragrance. Can you add “No fragrance” to the list so I can proceed? Thank you!

I have never seen a less user friendly friendly web site in my life. It’s like you don’t want my business. I desperately want some nice soaps and I would rather shop at your store than at Amazon. But you’re pushing me away. Honestly I am completely flummoxed by your site. Alas I go elsewhere.

I kept your card forever, but moved out of town, still miss my favorite soap. It was a Black Honey Bee in the middle of a bar of soap, glycerin, heavenly smell, honey & maybe a bit of almond. Miss you so much, whenever all this covid is over will come and see you. Would you be able to ship me a few bars? Love your new website, need more product names and pictures. I’m soooo glad to see your new website up and running!! You have my very favorite fragrance oil, Sage, that is like none other! I had a little shop in Santa Fe that used to sell it, but they closed down years ago. After so many attempts at other shops to find this Sage fragrance, because they are NOT all created equal, my husband brought me one along with a couple of others from a visit to Seattle for work. I was beyond thrilled, because this was IT!! You are my favorite for fragrance oils, and I will definitely be back for MORE!!!

FYI. you forgot to add in the drop dispenser for my essential oil to mix with the base oil I chose today at your place. Can you also email me the list of ESSENTIAL OILS that you have that were marked with an asterisk beside them? I now have my go to place for Essential Oils and pure natural handmade soap with the education you provided me about how soap is made and that your soaps are far superior than the mucky muck mainstream supermarket rubbish. I look forward to your prompt & courteous response.
